Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

It is important that you take a photo of the items you are concerned about and email it to us along with a description of your complaint. And a callback phone number (preferably mobile). We don’t usually require the return of items, however do not discard it till that is confirmed.

Refunds

Once your complaint/claim is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund or offer of exchange.as appropriate

In most instances we intend to swap or replace inferior items, however, If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and sent within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please allow 10 business days for refund amounts to appear in your account before contacting us again for Followup because it can sometimes take several days for funds to travel through the banking system

Exchange or Replace

Generally speaking, depending on individual circumstance we will replace an inferior item within a delivery but not the whole delivery

Free Gifts

If a faulty item was sent as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a replacement gift in a future delivery.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
