• 1 whole roaster chicken
• 1/2 onion roughly chopped
• 2 medium onions
• 1 lemon cut in quarters
• 1 bulb of garlic cut in half
• 6 garlic cloves
• 1 & 1/2 tsp of each: italian seasoning
• garlic powder
• paprika
• 1 tbsp pf olive oil
