  • 1/2 pointed cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • a handful nuts (I used cashews)
  • a little water
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • salt and chili flakes to taste
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
